a new beginning - again
So I'm sitting in the family room of my parents house in Pittsburgh. I'm back here until Sunday for my official Commencement from Geneva. It's kind of weird. I finished all of my course work for my major 5 months ago - but it is only now, well - this Saturday, that I'll actually have my degree in my hands. And all I have to say is - it's about time!
I've had conversations with people about Geneva these last few days that have consisted of my frustrations with the school and its requirements and its lack of an open mind. But, for as much as I talk about Geneva in a negative light - I am indebted to Geneva. It is because of Geneva that I met three amazing women (my lovely roommates) that God has completely blessed me with. And He has blessed me by another woman that I had known since high school. It is through these four women that God grew and changed me at Geneva. And for that - I will forever be grateful for my 3 1/2 years there.
I can't wait to see the ladies tomorrow. It's going to be an exciting weekend!
peace all,
~Jenna
