atlanta - our new home
So, as you most likely know, New Year's Eve brought quite a change. Andy and I moved to Atlanta! The day, of course, had to be documented in pictures. So, I took a few while we were in the car on the drive up. And then just yesterday and today I took some pictures of the house so you could see them and see where we are now living. :)
Here is the first shot of the day. Andy driving his Trailblazer and pulling the U-Haul.

Then here are the kitties in their crates in the backseat. They were so good and we didn't even hear a peep the entire 9 hours it took us to get there!

Here's a close-up of each of them.

Here's a shot of the back of the car and the attached 6'x12' trailer.

And here is our new home! (Shared of course with his gracious parents and brother.)

Here's the view when you walk in the door, and then the shot up the stairs.

Here is the dining room.

Now the living room.

Here is the kitchen from a couple different angles.

Now the family room at a few different angles.

Here's a shot looking from the family room to the entry.

Here's a shot walking up the stairs and the view from the top of the stairs. (That little balcony goes into my room.)

Here is my room.

Here is Andy's room. His room obviously needs some work.

Cato loves his new window perch.

And the kitties have their own little area in Andy's closet.

Here is our part of the bathroom and the shower part we share with his brother.

Here is the view from the back patio. This is hole #3 a par 3 and then we also overlook the #4 tee box.

Here is the pool and hot tub area.

Here is the back patio with Andy's mom and brother, Mike, in the shot.

All in all, I have to say that it has been a great experience, so far, being here. Andy is back in Orlando for a few days finishing up some last minute things and bringing up the stuff that wouldn't fit the first trip up. I begin my new job tomorrow and I'm so excited about it! Andy starts his job next Monday. It has been quite a big change, but definitely a good one!
Until next time...that's all.
