craziness - here i come

So, today, February 28, 2007, is my last official day as the full-time youth director at Good Shepherd. And I won't even be here the whole day. My cousin, Abbey, is coming into town this afternoon for a few days. We're pretty excited.

But yeah, it's crazy to think about all of the changes that are going to be happening in the next few weeks. I just replied to an email from my former boss, Mark, and told him about all that's coming up for me. It was weird to list it all out.

1 - Starting part-time at the church tomorrow.
2 - Starting training for my new full-time position on Monday.
3 - Starting grad school and work on my MBA on Monday.
4 - Moving on March 17th back to the side of town I used to live on.

There's just so much going on. I like it! I'm surprised by how much I'm liking it. I thought I'd be overwhelmed. Though, I guess it's only just starting. I'll get back to you on how it's all going once I'm in the middle of it.

But yeah, today has just been a day of sorting through emails, cleaning up my office (it's a mess) - all while listening to Hanson while I wait to go pick up Abbey. It's been a great day.

And not only that...it's absolutely beautiful outside. One of the nicest days we've had in a while. Perfect jeans, cute shoes, t-shirt weather.

I'll also give an update after Abbey leaves - complete with pictures!! We're good at taking a bunch of pictures!! :) We're a couple of hams...especially when there's a camera around. We're definitely going to be over in the Tampa area for a day visiting our uncles who will be there for the weekend. But we might hit up Universal Studios tomorrow....or we might make it a pedicures and museums day. We haven't decided yet. You'll find out in my next entry.
