all is - very well
It has been a fun few weeks I must say. I made it up to the ‘burgh for a week – which was absolutely splendid! And upon returning had a butt-load to do for work…but it all worked out quite well! So well, in fact, that I was even able to spend an afternoon lying out by the pool with Andy. The only thing that has sucked…I have a cold. And so does he. Well, no, Andy had a cold and then got a pretty bad sinus infection. He’s still suffering through that. No fun there. But other than the sickness that keeps coming around. All is well. Let me share some pics with you! P.S. my folks got me a digital camera for my birthday!!!!!!!!!!! (Which, by the way, the birthday celebration was great! I should get a pic of the group that celebrated with me up here soon. Cae has it on her camera!) So…here are some pics!
This first picture is from the Saturday night I was up in the ‘burgh. Me, Leanne, and Maelissa went out on the town. And here we are, back in our car, at 2 am. I miss them.

And here we have my mom being a weirdo…as usual! Though, now it is clear where I get it from!

Here are my cousins and myself when we went out to dinner on Memorial Day. Mary (L) and Abbey (R) are my two favorites! We are 3/5 of the 5 Chicas!!

And here’s me at the restaurant with my cousins and other family members. There were moose antlers on the wall that I just couldn’t resist getting my picture taken with. Seriously, how do I have friends?!

And here is proof that you don’t need to be in Hawaii or Florida for a beautiful sunset. This was the sunset the day before Memorial Day in the ‘burgh.

Here are Brad and Kristen’s adorable puppies! Asher is on the left and Mambo is on the right. Brad was feeding them green beans. Apparently they love them…which was definitely evident when Brad just gave them a glimpse of the bean because they came running! It was pretty funny.

And here is Kristen, my brother’s beautiful fiancée.

Back to O-town we come. This is a picture of Andy holding up 21 rolls of 1-ply toilet paper. Yes, we unrolled 21 rolls of 1-ply TP because it would no longer be in use and he thought it would be a fun toy for his cat, Cato. And fun and funny is definitely what it has been!

Speaking of Cato, here he is. This is Andy’s cat. He’s very cute. And he loves to hang out in Andy’s laundry basket.

Here is a lovely self-portrait lying out by the pool. It was sooooo hot that day!

And here’s Andy lying out. He got burned pretty badly that day. And I actually didn’t! Weird.

Here’s Andy in the pool at my new place. I love this picture because he looks like he’s trying to spy on people or something. Yeah, I don’t know. I just thought he looked funny.

And here is my little pumpkin bean, Charles. He is the cutest. He likes to chill in the little space in my nightstand. It makes me laugh. I love him!

And finally, here’s a picture that I took yesterday. I had the youth group over to my place for our “Summer Kick Off Party”. And here is the “bowl” of grapes. (Mae sent me flowers a few months back that actually came in this margarita glass) I actually had 3 people ask me if they were real because they looked so pretty. Like I would serve fake food or something! Do they know me at all!? But yeah, I feel very wife-y when I do stuff like that. I don’t know why…I just do.

OK…those are all the pics for now. Life is good. Job is good. All is good. I can’t complain!!
peace all,
