found - apartment in sunny florida

It is true! I have found an apartment in Florida. Praise Jesus! The complex where I will be living is beautiful! It's called Newport Colony. And I'm getting a 2 bedroom apartment - that means - I WELCOME VISITORS!! Now, let me be honest - my first month there, I probably won't have a bed in the guest room - but don't worry - that's the piece of furniture that is at the top of the list. I'll have one before anyone is there spending the night, I'm sure.

Being in Florida these past 5 days has really opened my eyes to what life will be like down there. Sunny - warm - but away from my family.

I know that these next few months are going to be tough. A lot of work - and a lot of stress. But - I'm trying to not think about the stress. If I don't think about stress - then I don't get stressed. Though, I wish that worked all the time.

But, something that will help all of this moving stuff is the housewarming shower that the women at my new church are throwing for me. It will definitely be exciting to see what all comes out of that. They are such loving and caring women.

Alright - my dad wants me to make a cake so that we will actually have something for dessert tonight. And to do that means going and getting stuff at Giant Eagle.
